Bryan Lares
An Austin resident and experienced business operator, Bryan brings over two decades of leadership in team building, operational strategy, and scaling organizations. Having led major portfolio turnarounds and growth initiatives at leading technology and consulting organizations—including Strategy&, Dell, and Rapid7—Bryan founded Bull Creek Capital Partners to bring permanent, patient capital to local service teams across Central Texas. His focus is on preserving company heritage, supporting field crews with modern tools and safety standards, and ensuring founders achieve a seamless, lucrative exit. Bryan holds degrees from Purdue University and an MBA from UT Austin.

Pallavi (Pallu) Lares
An active Austin real estate investor and community leader, Pallavi brings extensive hands-on experience in small business administration, asset management, and team building across Central Texas. Having spent over 10 years acquiring and operating local real estate assets—alongside her work at the UT Austin McCombs School of Business—Pallavi understands the dedication required to build and sustain a successful local business. She holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU). Her focus at Bull Creek Capital Partners is on ensuring a seamless transition for sellers, preserving company culture, and supporting field crews with the administrative and operational resources they need to thrive
